Birdy designed supporting event materials for the Radical Roots season at the Jewish Museum season which celebrated the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Cable Street and fight against fascism. Materials included posters, concertina brochure & advertising.
Park explores and records the heritage of Finsbury Park and it's communities. Logotype and roll-out design including poster, leaflets, website [skin], and the park's information boards.

Teaching: campaigns and art projects Over the last six years, I have been invited to collaborate in one-off projects working with students 11–16years. Work shown is a logotype developed with Haggerston School and the Ideas Foundation.
Project: First Four Client: Shape Publicity materials for The First Four – a touring show celebrating the first cycle of the Adam Reynolds Memorial Bursary – one of the most significant commissioning opportunities for UK disabled artists.
A high-impact, lo-fi international photo exhibition produced on inkjet printers to raise awareness of women and land issues. As well as identity, collateral included exhibition design and publicity materials (posters and invites). Launched in ten countries (from Bangladesh to The European Parliament) to mark International Women's Day.
Fairtrade Chocolatier CocoLucy, required simple print techniques to reflect the brand/product (cocoa) – a 50mm logo stamp works across all stationery and packaging, allowing it to be on demand. Packaging was biodegradeable and 100% recyclable.
Project: Brand development Client: One World Media (OWM)
OWM rewards the most outstanding media coverage of the developing world. Since 2011, birdy has redesigned their awards collateral including the Call for Entries, programme and gala catalogue. And most recently in November 2013, their media festival programme.
Project: poetry book Client: ActionAid (6 Degree Project)
An original poetry collection exploring the injustices women face throughout the world. Haiku poetry contributors include Julie Walters, Yoko Ono and Dame Judi Dench. Includes a screen-printed slipcase and blind-debossed cover.
Project: magazine redesign Client: CBA birdy was commissioned by Charlotte Jenner to redesign the Commonwealth Broadcasting Association's magazine transforming it into an intelligent and accessible specialist journal for members. It launched at CBA's General Conference in Brisbane, 2012.
